Delete Your Account
AFE Leaks Research and Consulting, LLC
To request deletion of your AFE Leaks account and associated data, you can either sign in above to use the self-service deletion tool, or email us at:
Use the subject line "Delete My Account" and include the email address associated with your AFE Leaks account. We will process your request within 30 days.
What Data Gets Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Firebase account — Your login credentials and authentication data
- Chat history — Any AI chat conversations stored on our platform
- Saved configurations — Saved type curves, preferences, and session data
- Personal information — Name, email, and any profile data
What Data May Be Retained
Certain records may be retained for legal and regulatory purposes:
- Billing and transaction records — Retained for up to 7 years as required by tax and accounting regulations
- Aggregated, anonymized usage data — Data that cannot be linked back to your identity may be retained for analytics purposes
Request Partial Data Deletion (Without Deleting Your Account)
If you would like to keep your AFE Leaks account but want specific data removed, you can request partial deletion. Email us at bd@afeleaks.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and specify which data you would like removed. Eligible data includes:
- Chat history — All AI chat conversations
- Saved configurations — Saved type curves and preferences
- Personal profile details — Display name or other optional profile information
Your account and login credentials will remain active. We will process partial deletion requests within 30 days.
Subscription Cancellation
If you have an active subscription, it will be canceled as part of the account deletion process. If you only wish to cancel your subscription without deleting your account, you can do so from the Plans page.
